Insomnia is slow or unsable inside vpn without proper dns/connectivity #8347

Expected Behavior

When using Insomnia inside a VPN without outside connection insomnia shgould work as normal

Actual Behavior

When using insomnia without outside connection the ui does not respond in timly maner

Reproduction Steps

  1. connect to vpn
  2. start insomnia
  3. try using it
  4. then realise the ui does not respond

Is there an existing issue for this?

Which sync method do you use?

  • Git sync.
  • Insomnia Cloud sync.
  • Local only

Hey @ryan-willis maybe but when not inside an vpn and having proper connectivity it works fine and my workspace is about 200 requests
