Consider publishing to crates.io

For people installing Tinymist via cargo like myself, this would add the following benefits:

• being notified when an actual new version is released instead of relying on the GitHub news feed
• only compiling* stable versions from tag releases

* The process could be made even better by supporting cargo-binstall, removing the need for recompiling the whole project.

tinymist-query has to use a modified typst, which exposes internal representations of typst function objects. This prevents from publishing tinymist bin crate to crates.io. But I recently know that we can publish without verification. just not know whether it will work.
