tabby extention on VS failed connect to server

Describe the bug
My installed tabby on my VS, and tabby extension is enabled on remote server ssh.
On setting of VS, I already set proxy support is off. And in the remote server, I removed all env variable http_proxxy or https_proxxy settings.

But I got bellow message:

In VS output of Tabby log:
