no Prometheus readings for OpenShift

Hello Chakradhar,

First, I'd like to thank you for showing how to add Prometheus to OpenShift Cluster; greatly appreciated :)

I followed your tutorial step-by-step and watched the youtube video as well to add Prometheus to OpenShift; everything is created successfully inside my cluster, but unfortunately, it doesn't show any readings in the grafana dashboard!

I followed the guide and I was able to retrieve the graphs from http://prometheus-hono.192.168.42.242.nip.io/graph , but whenever shifting to grafana itself, it doesn't generate the metrics at all and it says "N/A" in all the dashboard sections.

Could you please provide more insights into this? I would be grateful if you helped to clear this out.
