Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Pepr needs a way to map compliance controls to Pepr Bindings. Before development starts, we need to create an ADR.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Given we want to develop a feature around compliance
  • When it is time to develop
  • Then we have the ADR to guide us
