Adding a sha256sum (or similar) file to the directories on cosmo.zip would allow a way to scrape the binaries available and also provide the checksum for each binary.

For example, if https://cosmo.zip/pub/cosmos/v/4.0.2/paths.sha256sum existed that contained the list of binaries in bin/libexec and their associated SHA256 digests.
