I lost all my workflows as well. I also paid for an account but it wants me to upgrade! Trying to get a refund now. They lost all my work. I was using their cloud services for security, and to support n8n but obviously that was a mistake. They do not seem to even be aware of the problem 5 hours into it!

Hey @sfaran123

Are you self hosting or using n8n cloud? We typically see this with self hosted users when the data volume is not persisted or n8n has been started as a different user which changes the home folder.

@rcruit have you contacted our support team about your issue and can you share the ticket number so I can take a look, typically on Cloud workflows are only removed if a trial has expired we wouldn't ask a user to upgrade to get access to their workflows which makes me think this is trial related but the ticket will give me more information.
