Describe the problem

With the upcoming release, a new command will be introduced to the CLI. This command should be documented in the CLI documentation to ensure users know the latest functionality.

What needs to happen:

• Update the CLI documentation to include the new command (e.g., storybook create).
• Remove any references to the storybook init in the documentation, including examples
• Update the tutorials to reflect the changes in the CLI commands
• Vet and adjust the blog posts (<1 year) for this change
