Thank you for this great project!
I have a question: I want to create a public project where users can pull images without authentication, but they should not be able to push to the repository(just like docker hub). How can I achieve this?

Current public project in Harbor meets your requirement, but the authenticated user which has the permission to push can push image to this project, you should customize the project member to disable push image to this project.
