The monitoring documentation is going through the restructuring. For this reason, the console links need to be updated to reflect that change.

For versions 4.14+ (Note: the changes have been so far merged to OCP 4.17 and 4.18, but it is getting gradually backported back to 4.14. I will update this comment and remove the WIP label once the backporting is done)
